EXPLAINING HERZBERG’S TWO FACTOR THEORY

Psychologist Frederick Herzberg (1923-2000) published the Herzberg’s Two Factor Theory in 1959. He is most famous for his work in understanding what motivates people. His theory is still studied to this day.
